A low barrier to entry for submitting bug reports is nice.  However it
seems like maybe registration or CAPTCHAs should be required for using
the web interface.  I don't know how easy it is to get Roundup to
use CAPTCHAs but required registration is probably the easiest thing
to enable.  I also think that email confirmation of the registration
is not that a big hassle.
